Request a return

Due to the coronavirus, we will extend our return period so that you are able to return your items properly.

In order to make your return as smooth as possible, it is currently only possible to return orders online via our free pick-up service. In the online return form you can select the most suitable day and address for the pick-up, as well as the items you wish to return. Once the form is completed, you will receive a return confirmation containing your order number. Please write your order number on the package.
Our courier will pick up your return on the indicated date and address. He will be bringing a return label, such that you do not have to print anything yourself.

Exchanges and refunds


As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. After handling your return, the exchange will be shipped or the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving your returned items. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, we will inform you by email and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.

Our conditions


We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:

  • Due to the coronavirus, we will extend our return period as long as necessary so that you are able to return your order.
  • The online return form is filled in correctly and approved. Only registered and authorized returns can be handled. There can only be one return authorization number per order.
  • Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
  • Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and/or tear.
  • Items are returned unworn and have all tags still attached.
  • The original packaging is included and is in good condition.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. For returned items that were purchased by voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
