Simply go to the check-out and enter your voucher code into the respective field. If the order amount exceeds the voucher amount, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the e-Gift Card amount exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The remaining amount shall be available until your credit balance has been used up completely or until the expiry date of the e-Gift Card.

Please note:

• e-Gift Cards are only valid in our online store and cannot be used in our exclusive boutiques or other points of sale.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Orders that were (partly) paid for with an e-Gift Card will be refunded via the existing e-Gift Card. The remaining amount will be available again on the same e-Gift Card once the return has been processed.
• e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
