Delivery
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package.
If you are absent when your package is delivered, the driver may leave you a card indicating how to arrange a new delivery. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your purchased item(s) passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. If the parcel bears any sign of damage upon delivery, please contact our customer service directly.
