These general terms and conditions govern all use of SARAHPACINI.COM and in particular the product offers and sales on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time so we recommend that you read them carefully each time you visit us. SARAHPACINI.COM does not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

In our privacy policy, you will find information on how we will use your data. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree with our privacy policy

You have the right to return item(s) that you have bought within 15 calendar days calculated from the day following the delivery of the goods. Any item purchased on sale is deemed a final sale. Return will not be accepted after this period.

You can choose to return your items via a drop-off point. Please click this link for the nearest UPS drop-off point. When you fill in the the online Return form you will be able to select the returning via drop-off point option. Then select the articles you would like to return. Keep note of the tracking code as this will allow you to track your return online on the website of the delivery company. Be aware that since the parcel is scanned in different storage units, it is possible for the return to take some more time. Please keep this code until the parcel has been delivered to our warehouse

Please call UPS to have your return picked up. You can call 1-800-742-5877 to schedule the pickup.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item free of charge as long as the following points are respected:

• The item is bought at regular price.
• Returns of full-price items are requested within 15 days of receipt of your delivery.
• Please note that all purchases of sale merchandise are final sale and not eligible for returns nor price adjustments.
• Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel is returned with another carrier service.
• Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be returned for cash. Orders that were (partly) paid for with an e-Gift Card will be refunded via the existing e-Gift Card. The remaining amount will be available again on the same e-Gift Card once the return has been processed.

If we cannot process your refund because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified by our customer service team. Returns that were not accepted can be re-sent to you after paying $25 for shipping and handling fee within 10 days. In case you do not want to receive your items back, we are obliged to destroy them.

Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. You will find additional useful information for returning products in the Returns section of the Customer Care pages. This paragraph does not restrict, in any way, the warranty that you have under USA law if your product is defective.. Each party shall have the right to cancel a sale in case of a material breach by the other party of these terms and conditions. This means for example that we can cancel a sale if you are not a consumer or if your payment is, or appears to be, fraudulent.

We have made every effort to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary depending on your screen and that we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all characteristics of the actual product.

You will find a product description (color, size, type of product, etc.) and digital photographs with each product.
Federal and State sales taxes may be applied to orders delivered in the USA where applicable.

Prices may change. Please check the applicable price advertised at the time you place an order.

In case of any defective item with your order, please contact our Customer Service within the week of your delivery.

SARAHPACINI.COM only sells its products to consumers. This means that if you are an individual who intends to buy a product not for personal use but, for example, for resale or if you are a company, you cannot place an order and we will not sell you our products. A binding sale between you as consumer and SARAHPACINI.COM as seller, governed by these terms and conditions, is concluded when you place an order on this website. Your order shall be deemed placed when you completed the final step of the order process.

By submitting an order, you explicitly agree to be irrevocably bound by these terms and conditions, including all policies and subsections such as the Privacy Policy and Return sections.

In the unlikely event that a product that you ordered is not available, we will inform you promptly and propose an alternative solution (for example: later delivery, refund) without any cost to you.

SARAHPACINI.COM reserves the right to adapt or to cancel an order in case prices or discounts were not displayed correctly on the website or in case they were not stated correctly on the invoice.

After you submit your order, you will be directed to the secure payment page of our website and will be requested to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and, AMEX.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and by e-mail when your payment has been made. By paying the order, you authorize Adyen (PO Box 10095, 1001 EB. Amsterdam, The Netherlands) to store your financial details in a secure way so that you will not have to enter them again for future orders on SARAHPACINI.COM. In case of a refund, we will credit the card of the person who paid for the product(s). We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card.

• We aim to prepare your order within one working day after receiving your payment.
• Standard delivery costs $15 and takes 7 to 10 business days before we deliver your order to the delivery address that you provided (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Express delivery costs $25 and takes between 2 to 4 business days* (when orders are placed by 1 PM EST)
• Please allow additional time for shipments to non-major urban centers as well as northern regions and remote areas. Shipping times may also be also impacted by weather conditions.
• SARAHPACINI.COM may perform partial deliveries if all the products that you ordered are not available at the same time.
• We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am and 05:00pm EST.

Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Vouchers can be redeemed against items on www.SARAHPACINI.COM.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
• If the order amount exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, please select the payment method with which you would like to cover the amount remaining.
• If the e-Gift Card amount exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining shall be available until your credit balance has been used up completely.
• Orders that were (partly) paid for with an e-Gift Card will be refunded via the existing e-Gift Card. The remaining amount will be available again on the same e-Gift Card once the return has been processed.
• E-Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. Upon request, a copy can be sent as confirmation of dispatch.
• SARAHPACINI.COM is not liable for delivery of a e-Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• SARAHPACINI.COM is not responsible if a e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• SARAHPACINI.COM reserves the right to cancel a e-Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
• Sales tax and shipping are applicable on any products purchased with a e-Gift Card.
• Privilege codes or e-Gift Cards cannot be applied to the purchase of e-Gift Cards.
• Privilege codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

The consumer is entitled to inform the company that he or she wishes to revoke the purchase, without paying a penalty or stating the reasons for doing so within 15 calendar days calculated from the day following the delivery of the goods. Please click here to contact our Customer Service team.

SARAHPACINI.COM keeps an electronic copy of your order for as long as is required by law. If you wish to have a hard copy of your order, you can print the "order confirmation" that will appear on your screen once you have submitted your order and your payment has been processed. This order confirmation will also be sent to you by email. For additional copies, please contact us.

This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of United States of America. The Courts of New York in the State of New York will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
