The overall purpose of this job is to deliver substantial growth opportunities in new international markets through multi-brand stores, department stores and online marketplaces.This position which requires frequent international travels will be attached to our Dublin office, in Ireland.Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently, with a lateral mind that can recognise opportunities
  • Advanced analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
  • A strong communicator, with advanced influencing skills
  • Demonstrable global relationship management experience at a senior level
  • Agile and iterative approach to developing business
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Experience

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have some good working knowledge of at least another language, preferably Mandarin or Hindi.

S/he has an extensive network in the International retail and online industry, a strong understanding of global affairs and in-depth understanding of socio-economic issues worldwide. Innovative in
his/her approach, s/he will be able to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement in decision making. A strong knowledge of international wholesale models and channels, with experience of
developing mid to high-end fashion brands globally is a must.

Tasks
  • Promote the development of the company through the successful implementation of our wholesale strategic plans, short term to long term.
  • Research and actively develop new business opportunities internationally working in collaboration with existing sales teams.
  • Recruit agents and distributors and supervise their activities.
  • Prepare sales objectives/territory with sales teams and follow up on performance.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to identify and prepare any specific market compliance or business requirements.
