ARE THE SARAH PACINI BOUTIQUES STILL CLOSED?
The majority of our boutiques are open and welcome clients while applying strict sanitizing and safe distancing measures. Check the Our boutiques section to find their opening hours.
What measures are you taking against Covid-19?
To protect the health of our employees Sarah Pacini and its logistics partners are taking extra measures at the warehouses, offices and during deliveries per the latest recommendations from the World Health Organization. Strict sanitary, social and physical distancing measures have been implemented:
- Frequent hand washing and liquid gel at the disposal of our employees.
- Frequent sanitation of work surfaces, work spaces, and work tools.
- Safe distancing of at least 1.5 m at all times.
- No group meeting allowed.
- Any employee returning from a holiday or presenting any symptom is requested to stay at home for a 2-week quarantine.
- Home deliveries & pick-ups.
- Safe no-contact deliveries.
Is it safe to have my order delivered at home?
Our couriers disinfect their hands before each delivery and use paper documents so that you can sign with your own pen and avoid any contact. You may also just give your name to the driver so he can encode it on the scanner.
Will my order be delayed?
Due to extra prevention measures taken in our warehouse, it might take a little longer for your order to be prepared. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow up your parcel.
What if I can't return my items in time due to Covid-19?
No worries, we are temporarily extending the allowed return period for as long as needed. You can return your items at your convenience, stress-free.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered in a pick-up point which is now closed due to Covid-19. What happens now?
Our logistics partners will keep your items safe until your order can be delivered. Please send us a mail with your order number so we can get in touch with you.
My region is in quarantine, can I still shop online?
Sure! If your region can’t be served due to an imposed quarantine, we’ll reserve your items for you and ship them once the situation in your country allows it.
You don’t ship to my country. Can I still purchase your items?
Sure! Please send us a mail with the product reference(s), desired size, your location and your contact details so we may get in touch with you.
I can’t use my voucher because the boutiques are closed. What happens now?
We will extend the validity of your voucher so you can use it when our boutiques reopen or you can mail a picture of your voucher to email@example.com so we can send you an online voucher code in return.
