We are currently seeking a full-time International Business Development- Wholesale Manager who will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
Qualifications- In-depth knowledge of brand business is a must.

- Experience in managing operations in department stores (shop-in-shops).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, other languages (Italian, French, German) are a plus.
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Analytical ability & eye for detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools especially excel.
- This position will require regular travels, internationally.
Relevant wholesale-business development experience (5-10 years) in fashion.
Tasks- Support the development of the company through the successful implementation of our wholesale strategic plans, short term to long term.
- Research and actively develop new business opportunities internationally working in collaboration with existing sales teams.
- Recruit agents and distributors and supervise their activities.
- Prepare sales objectives/territory with sales teams and follow up on performance
- Coordinate with Wholesale- Customer service: shipments, reorders, stock transfers, etc.
- Develop various tools and marketing activities to support brand visibility and sales growth.
- Coordinate and supervise operations in new shop-in-shops openings (orders, hiring, set-up, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for shop- in-shops ‘operational expenses for promos, marketing activities, etc.
- Coordinate with Department stores for activities, periodic promotions (targeted mailings, special discounts etc.) to increase clients acquisition, loyalty and sales.
- Manage training activities, performance reviews, and ensure teams’ compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Visit shows, showrooms, major wholesale clients as well as shop- in-shops on a regular basis.
