The Logistics - Customer Service Supervisor works in constant relationship with: Customer Service, Sales, Logistic Third Party, and Accounting Departments. This position is based in Dublin.
Qualifications- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Italian would be an asset for this position
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent adaptability with new software and in house software (Cegid, Access, SQL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Ability to handle change and working with deadlines.
No experience is required.
Experience in International logistics, transportation business or in Fashion business is a plus.
- Ensure the inbound process is managed efficiently and in accordance to Sarah Pacini quality standards and planning, from production deliveries to ready-to dispatch to clients.
- Track quality of deliveries.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Production Depts.
- Coordinate dispatch and deliveries monthly and weekly schedules are implemented by Logistic partner, as per priorities set.
- Track and analyze shipping, warehousing, custom clearance and other logistic costs.
- Follow up on updates to customs or shipping regulations in EU, North America or other countries.
- Track quality of deliveries.
- Supervise that orders are processed, confirmed and coordinate with Accounting for credit inquiries, new credit approval or pre-payment requests.
- Supervise customers’ requests are answered in a prompt manner.
- Coordinate reorders
- Ensure efficient follow-up of pre-payments and payments.
