A minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a similar position.
Tasks- Meet individual and Boutique sales goals. Maintain the highest level of sales productivity.
- Build and maintain clientele, follow-through with client issues, inquiries, and future sales opportunity.
- Comply with company employee professional and etiquette standards.
- Greeting, assisting and selling to customers ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised Boutique.
- Operating the till and handling financial transactions.
- Assist with special requests, which include but are not limited to after sales service, special orders, returns, and phone inquiries, etc.
- Participate in inventory preparation and inventory counts.
- Participate in necessary merchandise receiving, ticketing and stocking.
- Merchandising, displaying and replenishing stock as directed.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the product ranges and the fit and care of all styles.
- Learn and utilize product knowledge, company information, and relevant industry knowledge.
