Throughout the centuries we have seen a great many individuals who were great visionaries in their day. They have withstood the test of time, they have risen above their peers and they have set their stamp on the future thanks to their dedication and the strength of their convictions. Two of these eras form the inspiration behind the SARAH PACINI 2012/13 Fall/Winter Collection – the Elizabethan era and the height of the Tudor era. In this collection we find a multitude of details - hoods, collars and finishes – that create a visually strong result. These new designs of traditional models are very contemporary with strong contrasts between fabric and style that are so evocative of this era.
We wanted to pay homage, through this collection, to this wonderful golden era that has been fêted by some of the greatest writers and artists of our time. An era that continues to influence fashion today.
